Real-World Defense

MVP WITHIN™ Real-World Defense

3-Hour Women's Self-Protection Intensive

A more physical, hands-on experience focused on applying self-protection concepts to realistic situations. Designed for women and teens ages 13+.

  • Grab escapes
  • Choke defense
  • Hair-pull defense
  • Ground defense
  • Bed-position defense
  • Carjacking scenarios
  • Multiple-attacker awareness
  • Weapon-threat awareness
  • Escape strategies
  • Realistic scenario drills

Limited enrollment allows participants to receive coaching, corrections, ask questions, and practice in a supportive environment.
