Adam McCauley has trained in martial arts and personal protection since 1983 and has spent more than four decades studying how physical skills, awareness, confidence, communication, and mindset work together.
In 1993, he founded Go No Sen Karate with a mission of helping people build Better Bodies & Stronger Minds. Over more than three decades, Adam has worked with children, teens, adults, families, schools, camps, community organizations, and martial artists.
His background includes extensive martial arts training, competitive experience, teaching, personal-protection education, and decades of working directly with students. He has received martial arts Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement recognition and is also an author and educator.
Today, Go No Sen Karate operates three family-owned dojos in Yorktown, Peekskill, and Putnam Valley, New York.
But MVP WITHIN is about more than Adam's martial arts background. His goal is to take decades of knowledge and make personal protection understandable, practical, accessible, and empowering for everyday women.
